Rogues of Paradise

What is RP?	The Rogues of Paradise is a Casual RolePlaying Guild for the Game GuildWars.

What's "Casual RP" ?	By Casual Roleplaying I mean that I will not enforce any strict rules of roleplaying. This is a roleplaying guild, and as such I expect characters to be played however I will not stress out about whether or not players remain IC at all times or anything like that. We're just here to have fun..and kill some charr along the way!

A Community?	The Rogues of Paradise is to be a casual roleplaying community. I do not want "spazzes" or dishonorable members. We will be friends, comrads, and we will be there to have fun and to help one another.

Guidelines?	The Following is a set of guidelines that I would like followed by all members of RP. These are not stone-set rules, but simply guidelines that I think will help to increase the enjoyment of the game for all of our members.

RP Guidelines

1. Try to remain In Character as much as possible. I, as many others, prefer not to hear "w00t! I've got 200XP until my next level! I'm so l33T!!11!"

2. Play honorably. Do not steal, etc.

3. Use appropriate chat channels. If you have something to trade, use the trade channel.

4. Try to accommodate other people's playing preferences. If someone else likes to roleplay heavily, then try not to interfere with that. If you ask me my gender while I am playing, I will say you'r blind; because i'm IC.

5. Don't be an arse. Just because you roleplay and may be in character doesn't mean other people are going to want to roleplay and always be in character. If someone doesn't want to roleplay then don't be an arse to them. For instance, I won't say to someone "what'd XP? I don't get it.....is it some mystical force that makes you stronger as you accumulate more of it..and you just happen to be able to see the numbers accumulating?" I'll just ignore it.
